Chapter 10 verse 3
“Those who know me as unborn and beginning less, and as the Supreme Lord of the universe, they among mortals are free from illusion and released from all evils.”
In the previous verse, Lord said it is not possible to know him completely by any mortal. However he adds that by his sheer Grace and through the surrender to Him, beings can be given his divine vision as the Lord of the multi-verse, the omniscient, omnipresent entity who governs everything. With this grace and vision, beings are able to realize Him and attain moksha and/or jivan mukta-release from consequences of any past, present or future actions.
