Chapter 3 verse 22
“There is nothing in the three
worlds, that has to be done by Me, nor is there anything unattainable that should
be attained by Me, yet, I engage myself in action”
Even avatars of God principle
have a purpose for taking the avatar- “yada yada hi dharmasya…”. Krishna’s
purpose was to restore dharma (righteous action) back in the world. He couldn’t
have accomplished that task without action. The purpose of avatars in human
form is to also set an example that even the God principle has to follow the
laws of karma set in motion by the divine. Don’t they say-great leaders are
great followers first. Krishna never used his divinity for his own welfare in
his life. His actions were always for the greater good for society. It might be
better for us to not even consider him God principle but consider lessons from
his life as a mere human being and learn how he lived the life of a “Sthitha
Prajna”. Profound lessons from the master of all masters!
