Chapter 9 verse 19
“I radiate heat as the sun, and I withhold, as well as send forth rain. I am immortality as well as death personified. I am the spirit as well as matter.”
Lord established earlier in this chapter that both forms of energy in the Universe and Mutilverse are HIS- spiritual energy and material energy. He has also indicated that even if beings worshipped the celestial gods such as Sun, moon, Indra, Varuna, Vayu, Yama and Agni, the worship ultimately goes to Him and He alone directs all this worship as well. In this verse, He confirms it by saying He is the heat from the sun, has the ability to pour or withhold the rains. He is death, life and immortality as well. “Sarvam Vishnu mayam jagat- Godliness pervades the multiverse!”
